As part of the "Book to read" series of meetings, the Euromed Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (IESJP) organized on December 21, 2023, a round table to present the work of Professor Philippe Marchesin, Professor at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, entitled: "Africa - Russia: the reasons for a comparison". The author stressed that the book consists of comparing two groups, Africa and the Russian world, with the choice not to consider the differences, particularly historical or cultural, but to show the common points of the two areas.
