Contribution of the UEMF to Strengthening Academic Leadership as part of the MORHEL Project

On September 9 and 10, 2024, Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra hosted a major event of the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP), bringing together leaders and managers from Moroccan universities for dynamic and impactful training. As part of the MORHEL project, which was partially hosted by the Euromed University of Fez, the NLDP aims to strengthen the skills of Moroccan university executives in terms of leadership and strategic management.

UEMF proudly contributed to this event by providing its expertise to modules 3 and 4 of the program. Pr. Abdessamad Rhalimi and Pr. Zakaria Abbass, Professors at Euromed Buiness School, co-facilitated training on Strategic Management, providing essential skills to future leaders and strengthening their ability to navigate complex and constantly evolving environments .

This program, funded by Erasmus+ CBHE and coordinated by Al Akhawayn University, aims to develop leadership skills within Moroccan partner universities. It offers a dynamic and transformative learning experience, supported by the engagement of expert trainers and the active involvement of participants.
