Contribution of Euromed University of Fes to Strengthening Academic Leadership within the MORHEL Project

On September 9 and 10, 2024, Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra hosted a major event of the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP), bringing together leaders and managers from Moroccan universities for a dynamic and impactful training session. As part of the MORHEL project, which was partially hosted by the Université Euromed de Fès, the NLDP aims to strengthen the leadership and strategic management skills of Moroccan university executives.

UEMF proudly contributed to this event by providing its expertise for modules 3 and 4 of the program. Prof. Abdessamad Rhalimi and Prof. Zakaria Abbass, Professors at the Euromed Business School, co-facilitated a training session on Strategic Management, offering essential skills to future leaders and strengthening their ability to navigate complex and ever-changing environments.

This program, funded by Erasmus+ CBHE and coordinated by Al Akhawayn University, aims to develop leadership skills within the partner Moroccan universities. It offers a dynamic and transformative learning experience, supported by the commitment of expert trainers and the active involvement of participants.
