The Euromed University of FES has opened the doors of its laboratories and language center to young college students from the province of Moulay Yacoub and their coaches. This is preparation for the First Lego League Challenge which is an international robotics competition for young people aged 9 to 16, organized by the FIRST foundation (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) and Lego Education.

Each year, a new theme is chosen for the challenge, and participating teams must build, program and test a robot using Lego Mindstorms pieces to solve a series of missions on a game board. This year, the theme is about 'energetic efficiency. Missions are designed to encourage young people to explore fields such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) while developing communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

The target group won the regional and national competition and events and will represent Morocco in the final stages which will take place in the United States.
