[NEW TRAINING] Master of Business Law, Franco-Moroccan course relocated to UEMF

The Sorbonne Law School, in partnership with the Euromed University of Fez, offers a new training: The Master of Business Law delivered by the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.

The course extends over two years of training (Master 1 and Master 2) provided in Fez by professors and lecturers from the Sorbonne Law School. Following their course, students can also obtain a master's degree in Moroccan law , which will allow them to take the bar exam in both France and Morocco.

This Master is structured around fundamental subjects in the field of:

  • French business law;
  • Civil business law;
  • Contractual technique;
  • Private International Law ;
  • Arbitration law
  • Corporate law;
  • Law of companies in difficulty;
  • Bank right;
  • Intellectual property;
  • Fiscal law ;
  • Competition law.... 

> Other specialty subjects are also provided as part of this training such as transport law, insurance law, distribution law, all supplemented by practical lessons delivered by French, Moroccan and African practitioners practicing in large business law firms.

> An introduction to Moroccan business law as well as courses in African business law (OHADA) are also integrated into the course.

> An internship in a law firm or in a legal department is part of the training, as well as the writing of a dissertation.

> This diploma is aimed at students holding a degree in law who have completed their studies up to the degree in the French system and wishing to give an international twist to their training, to students from universities in the Maghreb or from French-speaking Africa wishing to specialize in French law by obtaining a diploma from a prestigious university.
