The Sorbonne Law School, in partnership with the Euromed University of Fes, is offering a new program: The Master of Business Law awarded by the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

The program spans two years of study (Master 1 and Master 2) delivered in Fes by professors and associate professors from the Sorbonne Law School. Upon completion, students can also obtain the Moroccan law master's degree, which will allow them to take the bar exam in both France and Morocco.

This Master's program is structured around fundamental subjects in the field of:

  • French Business Law;
  • Business Civil Law;
  • Contractual Techniques;
  • Private International Law;
  • Arbitration Law;
  • Corporate Law;
  • Insolvency Law;
  • Banking Law;
  • Intellectual Property;
  • Tax Law;
  • Competition Law....

> Other specialized subjects are also taught as part of this program, such as transport law, insurance law, and distribution law, all complemented by practical training delivered by French, Moroccan, and African practitioners working in major business law firms.

> An introduction to Moroccan business law as well as courses on African business law (OHADA) are also integrated into the curriculum.

> An internship in a law firm or legal department is part of the program, along with the writing of a thesis.

> This degree is intended for students holding a bachelor's degree in law who have completed their studies up to the bachelor's level in the French system and wish to give an international dimension to their education, as well as for students from Maghreb or Francophone African universities who wish to specialize in French law by obtaining a degree from a prestigious university.
