Practical Information for the 2021 – 2022 Academic Year Start

All students and doctoral candidates of the University, both new and returning, are hereby informed that the allocation and access to rooms at the Uvillage residence will begin on Friday, September 10, 2021, starting at 9:00 AM, according to the schedule below.

Classes will begin on Monday, September 13 at 8:30 AM, according to the finalized schedules from each Academic Division, which are accessible to all students via the Konosys platform:

To ensure the start of the academic year under the best possible health conditions for everyone, we strongly advise all our students, and particularly those who will reside at Uvillage, to get vaccinated as soon as possible at nearby vaccination sites.

Ideally, they should receive both doses of the vaccine before the start of the academic year, as it is our collective responsibility to protect ourselves, protect others, and ensure the most favorable conditions for an in-person start to the academic year, without a major risk of contamination.

Wearing a mask remains mandatory on campus, both inside and outside the buildings.
