Euromed University in Fez donated a 3D printing machine to the Lycée Moulay Idriss in Fez. This machine, developed by one of the university's startups, was entirely designed and manufactured in university laboratories.
Thanks to this initiative, young high school students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with additive manufacturing technologies during their secondary studies. The technology of this 3D printing machine is cutting-edge, rivaling international standards in terms of performance and competitiveness.
This action is part of a broader Science Awareness and Popularization program for young middle and high school students in the region, which is included in the “Youth and Science” week organized by the Hassan II Academy. of Science and Technology. Euromed University of Fez aims to encourage young people to be interested in scientific fields and to offer them cutting-edge technological tools for their learning.
It should be noted that this donation of the 3D printing machine to the Lycée Moulay Idriss in Fez marks the second step in a series of 20 initiatives. These include engaging lectures, informative workshops, demonstrations, interactive hands-on labs, simulations and visits to technology platforms. The first machine was installed at the technical high school in Fez, and this second installation at the Lycée Moulay Idriss in Fez demonstrates the continued commitment of the Euromed University of Fez to the scientific and technological education of young people in the region.
