Organized by the Euromed University of Fez (UEMF) and its component the School of Biomedical Engineering (EIB), a conference on the theme “Preclinical in-vivo and in-vitro studies in drug development” was moderated by Dr. Mohammed BOURDI, today February 21 at the Eco-campus.

Dr. Mohammed BOURDI is a leading expert pharmacotoxicologist and instructor of toxicology at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Maryland/FAES and Mount St. Mary's University Maryland.

Students and faculty have benefited from his extensive knowledge in the area of ​​preclinical in vivo and in vitro studies in drug development, providing valuable insight into crucial aspects of drug research prior to market introduction.

This meeting was an opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss current advances in the field and strengthen ties between academic institutions and renowned practitioners. The event enriched the educational setting by providing participants with an in-depth insight into the drug development process, thereby strengthening their understanding of issues related to pharmaceutical research.
