UEMF welcomes George Washington University for a new collaborative partnership

On September 4, 2023, Euromed University of Fes welcomed a prestigious delegation from the United States representing George Washington University.

This delegation primarily consisted of Dr. Shahram Sarkani, Director of Online Graduate Engineering Programs, and Dr. Mohamed Belkhayat, a Professor at George Washington University.

The visit began with a presentation of the university by Prof. Salim Bounou, Vice-President for Research, Innovation, and Partnership, who outlined the main missions of UEMF in terms of academic programs, scientific research, and the promotion of intercultural dialogue.

During this meeting, a discussion on opportunities to develop cooperation took place with the aim of establishing a strong partnership framework covering the field of higher education, particularly with the School of Artificial Intelligence and the Euromed Polytechnic School of UEMF.

This meeting was followed by a guided tour of the university's Eco-campus and its research platforms.
