UEMF welcomes George Washington University for new collaborative partnership

On September 4, 2023, Euromed University in Fez welcomed a prestigious delegation from the United States to represent George Washington University.
This delegation is mainly composed of Dr. Shahram Sarkani, Director of Online Graduate Engineering Programs and Dr. Mohamed Belkhayat, Professor at George Washington University.
The visit began with a presentation of the university by Pr. Salim Bounou, Vice-President in charge of Research-Innovation and Partnership, who explained the main missions of the UEMF in terms of academic programs, scientific research, and promoting intercultural dialogue.
During this meeting, a discussion of opportunities for developing cooperation took place with the aim of establishing a solid partnership framework covering the field of higher education, in particular with the school of artificial intelligence and the Euromed polytechnic School of the UEMF.
This meeting was continued by a guided tour of the university's Eco-campus and its research platforms.
