The Institute of Legal and Political Sciences is proud of the publication of the master's thesis of student Walid Moucha on the TERRA-HN network, Scientific Review of Research and Publication in France. Mr. Walid is the valedictorian of his class in the Masters in Mediterranean and African Policies. A master's degree of excellence in international relations, diplomacy and geopolitics.
