Since last September, the Euromed University of Fez has welcomed the Sorbonne Law School with a degree relocated to Morocco, specifically a Master's degree in business law offered to students from Morocco, France and sub-Saharan Africa. with a proportion of 1/3, 1/3, 1/3. This very selective Master's degree was a great success in the three aforementioned regions.
In this context, the university is organizing, today May 11 and tomorrow May 12, two days devoted to the study of techniques for restructuring the liabilities of companies in difficulty. Nearly 200 specialists, mainly from France, are participating in this very high-level training, which will allow around a hundred lawyers and insolvency practitioners to exchange with their Moroccan counterparts and refine techniques and methods. legal framework for better corporate restructuring.
The success of these training days organized in Morocco can be explained by the current difficult economic context which exposes many companies to financial difficulties and forces them to restructure to make their liabilities more bearable.
This training is unique in Morocco and focuses in particular on new complex systems inspired by American law and which have now become widespread in a globalized economic environment.
