PNDL Pilot Cohort at Euromed University of Fez: Towards a New Era of Higher Education Governance

Launch of the pilot cohort of the National Leadership Development Program (PNDL) at the Euromed University of Fez, key player in the implementation of the Erasmus+ CBHE “Moroccan Higher Education Leadership – MORHEL” project. ambitious, coordinated by AUI, UEMF and UMI, aiming to strengthen the capacities of leaders of Moroccan higher education institutions (IES) in terms of governance, strategic planning and management.

After the opening remarks by Prof. Salim Bounou, Vice-President in charge of Research-Innovation and Partnerships, a series of training sessions led by professors from UM6P and IAV allowed participants to have an detailed analysis of the current higher education landscape in Morocco, aiming to equip future leaders with in-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities present.

The cohort, made up of professors, administrative staff and key figures in higher education, aims to develop leadership skills in order to effectively contribute to the development of higher education in Morocco. The initiative aims to train leaders capable of implementing significant improvements in their institutions, particularly in governance, strategic planning and management.
