Launch of the pilot cohort of the National Leadership Development Program (PNDL) at the Université Euromed de Fès, a key player in the implementation of the Erasmus+ CBHE project "Moroccan Higher Education Leadership – MORHEL." This is an ambitious project, coordinated by AUI, UEMF, and UMI, which aims to strengthen the capacities of Moroccan higher education institution (HEI) leaders in governance, strategic planning, and management.

Following the opening remarks by Prof. Salim Bounou, Vice President for Research-Innovation and Partnerships, a series of training sessions led by professors from UM6P and IAV provided participants with a detailed analysis of the current higher education landscape in Morocco, aiming to equip future leaders with an in-depth understanding of the present challenges and opportunities.

The cohort, composed of professors, administrative staff, and key figures in higher education, is intended to develop leadership skills in order to contribute effectively to the evolution of higher education in Morocco. The initiative aims to train leaders capable of implementing significant improvements in their institutions, particularly in governance, strategic planning, and management.
