Conference by DELL Morocco and Connexus: "Hybrid Work and the Future of Work"

On June 6, 2023, the Euromed Polytechnic School (EPS) engaged with the top management of Dell Technologies Morocco in Casablanca, where Prof. Othmane Benmoussa led a conference on the theme "Leading in Times of Crisis and Hybrid Work: How to Continue to Mobilize on a Daily Basis?".

Organized by Dell Technologies and sponsored by the international association Connexus, the presentation was delivered to an audience of 50 managers, some in person and others joining remotely from abroad. It focused on organizational culture, leadership, systemic thinking applied to management and human resources motivation, as well as the modalities to implement for efficient hybrid operations for both local and multicultural teams. Various models were explored, such as CAARE, LMX, and the Hackman and Oldham archetype.
