The Euromed Polytechnic School (EPS) spoke on June 6, 2023 before the top management of Dell Technologies Morocco in Casablanca where Pr. Othmane Benmoussa hosted a conference on the theme “Leading in Times of Crisis and Hybrid Work: How to Continue to Mobilize on a Daily Basis? ".
Organized by Dell Technologies and sponsored by the international association Connexus, the communication, in front of an audience of 50 managers, some in person and others remotely from abroad, focused on organizational culture, leadership, systemic thinking applied to the management and motivation of human resources, as well as the methods to be implemented within the framework of efficient hybrid operation for local and other multicultural teams. Various models have been developed such as CAARE, LMX and the Hackman and Oldham archetype.
