Launch of new professional training courses at EMADU

Miscellaneous announcements

As part of supporting the various construction sites and projects for public and hospital facilities in our country, the Euromed University of Fez, represented by the Euromed School of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning, is launching training continues for the benefit of architects, engineers and hospital managers at national and international level in the field of “HOSPITAL ARCHITECTURAL PROGRAMMING” and “ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN PROGRAMMING”.

Programming is in fact a key mission in the process of developing an architectural or urban project. The programmer often intervenes before the architect. Its mission consists of translating the needs of the project owner into a program, taking into account cost constraints, social, environmental, functional and normative constraints of the project. This step is crucial because it helps avoid unforeseen events and changes during construction (exceeding budgets and deadlines).

The programmer communicates with the project owner and the various stakeholders (future users, users and managers) and coordinates with local elected officials and other stakeholders in the act of building. These exchanges and coordination will allow it to identify the real needs of the community and translate them into figures and a feasibility plan.

To enable architects, managers and hospital managers to master this process, we have programmed this training structured around a rich program with theoretical educational components and practical case studies.
