As part of Moroccan-Italian cooperation, several educational and para-pedagogical activities take place permanently within the Euromed School of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning (EMADU). Exchanges of experiences and supervision of student work, workshops and workshops but also meetings with specialist architects and designers are on the agenda.
In this sense, a workshop supervised by EMADU in collaboration with international designer Andrea Anastasio took place from October 25 to November 4 at the Lalla Yeddouna site. The participating students from the Design sector were able to exchange face-to-face with Mr. Anastasio and also took an outing to the historic site of Volubilis in the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of Italy, Mr. Armando Barucco.
During this workshop, wonderful projects were born thanks to the fusion between the local know-how of the artisans and the contemporary techniques of the students, under the supervision of Mr. Andrea Anastasio. The renderings will be the subject of an exhibition scheduled for December 2022, following a competition which will bring together all the participants.
