The EUROMED UNIVERSITY OF FES and its partner ROYAL AIR MAROC (RAM) are co-organizing The Euromed Sustainable Impact Challenge, a Hackathon aimed at engaging participants in the CSR approach with reference to the ROYAL AIR MAROC value chain. This 2nd edition is taking place at the UEMF eco-campus, where students from EBS (Euromed Business School), EMADU (Euromed School of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning) and EIDIA (School of Digital Engineering and Artificial Intelligence) are focusing on the theme by proposing project ideas that are both innovative and responsible.
13 teams are being supervised by RAM specialists, by Mr. Ayoub Makhloufi, founder and president of "The Mediterranean Intelligence and Public Affairs Institute (MIPAI)" as well as by professors from the Euromed University of Fes in the fields of business and management, and in architecture and artificial intelligence, to address this issue effectively and efficiently. Workshops rich in information and learning are conducted throughout the Hackathon to reflect on and propose an internal communication plan based on gaming to facilitate employee awareness of CSR issues.
More than just an opportunity to democratize the theme of CSR, RAM and UEMF values in this regard among various stakeholders, this Hackathon is a unique opportunity, of pedagogical interest, allowing students to present their ideas before a panel of high-level experts.

Opening Day:
Day 1: 01/19/2022
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Opening remarks and presentation of the company as well as a reminder of the issue.
- Presentation of the Royal Air Maroc company.
- Presentation of the RAM value chain, exposition of the issues, the market, the existing situation.
- Sensitizing the teams to the issue, challenges, and target audience.
- Presentation of the program.
Discovery and Vision Day:
Day 2: 01/20/2022
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Check-in and registration of candidates.
- 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Training: The approach angle for change management. "Conducted by Ayoub Makhloufi".
- 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Brainstorming – Idea Cloud: A method to find the maximum number of original ideas in the minimum amount of time using the deferred judgment technique. The idea is to first state a large number of ideas and evaluate them later. Materials: A3 sheet, scissors, colored pencils, Post-its.
- 1:00 PM – 1:15 PM: Distribution of lunch boxes.
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Questioning of ideas, sharing & validation of the internal communication action plan.
- 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Prototyping, mock-up, design …
- 8:00 PM: Submission of the first two deliverables (1) Idea Cloud – Brainstorming + (2) Internal communication action plan.
Hack & Pitch Day
Day 3: 01/21/2022
- 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Breathing and concentration exercise conducted by the Royal Air Maroc CSR Director.
- 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Training "How to build an effective responsible communication plan".
- 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Drafting of the internal communication plan.
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Training, "Pitch your project" Conducted by Ayoub Makhloufi;
- 1:00 PM – 1:15 PM: Distribution of lunch boxes.
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Business plan & presentation "Pitch Your Project".
- 5:00 PM: Submission of deliverables (1) Business plan, (2) PPT Presentation & (3) Internal communication plan.
- 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: "Pitch Your Project" 5 minutes / group.
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Closing remarks + award ceremony.
