SARS-CoV-2: a driving force for stronger organizations

Crises can make or break businesses. While some disappear, others take advantage of these cataclysms to reshape their political, technological and social structures. The 1994 currency crisis in Mexico highlighted this phenomenon, as did the global financial crisis in 2008. The current SARS-CoV-2 pandemic is no exception.

As we now navigate the entrenched reality of coronavirus, what have we learned that would help organizations navigate the months ahead, as well as beyond the pandemic period?
