Over two days, students, faculty, and professionals exchanged views on contemporary issues of governance, the fight against fraud and corruption, and corporate social responsibility, through high-value presentations and interactive discussions.
The first day took place in the presence of Mr. Bertrand Koch and Mr. Guillaume Roche (Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP). It was marked by a presentation from Ms. Zineb Marfoq, a RegTech Lawyer, dedicated to the analysis of fraud and corruption risks, followed by the experience-sharing of Dr. Lamia Khoubbane (SOGEA Morocco), illustrating the operational implementation of CSR in business.
The students then presented the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, demonstrating their awareness of the issues of ethics, human rights, and sustainable development.
The second day was decidedly practice-oriented, through the study of two concrete cases in anti-corruption and CSR, led by Mr. Bertrand Koch and Mr. Guillaume Roche, and enriched by the professional insight of Mr. Othmane Abdennasser Khanoufi, an expert in finance and compliance.
This seminar fully aligns with UEMF's commitment to providing training rooted in professional realities and international standards of governance and responsibility.
