Apply for Mobility at Politecnico di Torino - Italy!

Open only to students enrolled in: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Cybersecurity Engineering.

Submission Deadline: April 15, 2026

Terms:
  • Applicants to the program must be enrolled in at least their fourth year at UEMF.
  • The home Academic Division (EIDIA/EPS) will validate a semester-long course program for each exchange student through a Learning Agreement.
  • The Learning Agreement will be signed by all three parties (student, Politecnico di Torino, UEMF) and will certify the program to be completed.
  • Applicants preselected by their home Academic Division (EIDIA/EPS) will receive an admission letter after their application is reviewed and accepted by Politecnico di Torino.
Selection Criteria:
  • Academic Score: 60%
  • Language Knowledge: 20%
  • Motivation, Discipline, and Assiduity: 20%
Language Level Requirement

Applicants must have reached the following language levels by the start of their studies abroad:

  • B2+ level in English (B2 level for English-language courses)
  • B2 level in Italian
Required Documents
  • Copy of passport
  • Learning Agreement, signed by a professor
  • Proof of Italian or English language skills (official test result)
  • CV in English
  • Letter of Intent (Motivation Letter)
  • Official Transcript of Records

Application Procedure for Mobility

Step 1 – Application:

Students wishing to participate in this mobility program must send their application file to their academic coordinator.

• For EIDIA students: send applications to: Prof. Ahmed EL HILALI ALAOUI – a.elhilali-alaoui@ueuromed.org

• For EPS students: send applications to: Prof. Mohcine Zouak – m.zouak@ueuromed.org

• Email Subject: “Torino MOBILITY Application”

=> Deadline: Before April 15, 2026

Step 2 – Pre-selection:

Each Faculty/Academic Division organizes an internal selection and then sends the shortlist to the IMO.

=> Deadline: Before April 20, 2026

Step 3 – File Processing and Interviews:

Submitted files will be verified by the VP-RIP and IMO, followed by an interview to assess candidates’ overall suitability for nomination.

=> Deadline: Before April 28, 2026

Step 4 – Nomination from Euromed:

Final nominations will be made based on the combined evaluation of the file assessment and interview performance.

=> Deadline: Before May 1, 2026

Step 5 – Application:

Nominated students submit their complete applications to EPF.

=> Deadline: Before June 1, 2026

• Eligible fields of study: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Cybersecurity Engineering.

• Maximum number of nominations per Faculty/Academic Division: 5 candidates to be sent to the IMO: S.elghali@ueurome.org
