[Call for Applications] Mobility at the EPF School of Engineering

Apply for Mobility at EPF Engineering School !

Open only to students enrolled in: 1st & 2nd year Engineering Cycle in Big Data / Artificial Intelligence at the School of Digital and Artificial Intelligence (EIDIA) Deadline for submission: March 20, 2026

Terms:

• Applicants to the program must be enrolled in at least the fourth year at UEMF.
• The home institution (EIDIA) will validate a semester-long course program for each of its exchange students through a Learning Agreement.
• The Learning Agreement will be signed by all three parties (student, EPF, UEMF) and will certify the program to be completed.
• Applicants to the program preselected by their home institution (EIDIA) will receive an admission letter after their application has been reviewed and accepted by EPF.

Selection criteria:

• Academic score: 60%
• Language knowledge: 20%
• Motivation, discipline, and assiduity: 20%

Language Level Requirement

Applicants to the program must have reached the following language levels by the time they begin their studies abroad:

• CEFRL B1+ level in English (B2 level for English-language courses)

• CEFRL B2 level in French

We remind you that 3 of EPF’s programs are entirely taught in English (Engineering Management, Energy & Environment Major, and Data Engineering).

Application Procedure for Mobility

=> Deadline: Before March 20, 2026

Step 2 – Pre-selection: Each Academic Division organizes an internal selection, then sends the shortlist to the IMO. => Deadline: Before March 25, 2026

Step 3 – File Processing and Interviews: Submitted files will be verified by the VP-RIP and IMO, followed by an interview to assess candidates’ overall suitability for nomination. => Deadline: Before March 30, 2026

Step 4 – Nomination from Euromed: Final nominations will be made based on a combined evaluation of file assessment and interview performance. => Deadline: Before April 4, 2026

Step 5 – Final Nomination from UQTR: Nominated students submit their complete applications to EPF. => Deadline: Before May 1
