General Assembly

The General Assembly (GA) is the highest sovereign body of the UEMF. It is chaired by the Chancellor, appointed by HM the King, and meets at least once a year and as often as necessary, to approve the activities of the UEMF and the budget, decide where necessary on acts affecting the heritage of the university, decide to take legal action, or to renew, where applicable, the mandates of the members of the Orientation, Surveillance and Development Council (COSD), also called the Board of Directors.  


The AG possibly meets in extraordinary session (AGE) to deal with urgent and very important issues, such as: i) the amendment and modification of the Statutes, ii) the application of new orientations, or iii) the if necessary, the dissolution of the Foundation.
