UEMF Welcomes a Delegation from the French Embassy

A delegation from the French Embassy, composed of Prof. Gérald BRUN, Head of the Higher Education, Research and Student Mobility Academic Division, and Ms. Marie PELATAN, University Cooperation Officer, was received on March 29 by the President of the University. After a brief presentation of the University, its components, and the major teaching, research, and development projects planned for the decade, a rich discussion followed, focusing particularly on opportunities for collaboration, both at the academic and cultural levels.

In this context, the organization of the latest edition of the Philosophy Days at the Université Euromed de Fès, which was a clear success, was recalled, along with the hope that the next edition would be equally successful. Furthermore, both parties agreed to work towards having the eminent speakers invited by the Institut Français travel to Fez and, more specifically, to UEMF to give lectures or seminars for the university community and citizens; the UEMF lecture series being open to the city.
