The Euromed University of Fez (UEMF) is a non-profit institution, recognized as being of public utility and operating in the form of a foundation. Without shareholders, our university relies on the support of contributors and donors.

Our mission is of public interest, and we operate with private, non-profit management. Our main objective is to offer quality higher education and research programs, aligned with the best international standards.
Accessibility and financial aid:
To make the UEMF accessible to a greater number of students, we offer several types of scholarships:
- Excellence Scholarships : for brilliant students who stand out for the excellence of their academic record, regardless of family income.
- Merit Scholarships : intended for students from low-income backgrounds and with a very good academic record.
- Solidarity Scholarships : covering tuition, residence and catering costs for the most disadvantaged students with excellent results.
- “Africa” scholarships : For excellent sub-Saharan students with modest incomes.
- Full tuition waiver : for all doctoral students.
- Subsistence Grants : for doctoral students, in the amount of 5000 DH to 8000 DH net/month minimum.
- Postdoctoral Fellowships : for postdoctoral researchers, ranging from 13,000 DH to 25,000 DH net per month.
Scholarship Conditions and Review
The Excellence Scholarship is awarded for one academic year and can be renewed if the level of excellence is maintained. All scholarships are examined by a commission which acts in a rigorous, transparent and equitable manner, without any other consideration interfering with the criteria of excellence.
Scholarship Rates
Scholarships covering registration and tuition fees, including excellence and merit scholarships, are awarded according to four rates:
- 100% of registration and tuition fees covered.
- 75% of registration and tuition fees covered.
- 50% of registration and tuition fees covered.
- 25% of registration and tuition fees covered.
