2nd National Meeting of young researchers in physical and chemical sciences
The Hassan II Academy of Sciences and Technology is organizing, in partnership with the Euromed University of Fez, the 2nd National Meeting of young researchers in Physical and Chemical Sciences.
This meeting, which will bring together young researchers from different Moroccan universities, aims to give doctoral students and young researchers a platform to present their research work. It is also a space for the exchange of ideas and experiences between young doctoral students and Professors and experts. The themes that will be addressed will cover the different areas of research developed in Moroccan universities in physics and chemistry; ranging from theoretical studies to experimental investigations including modeling and simulation.
Mr. Rik DAEMS: President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe visiting the UEMF
The Euromed University of Fez (UEMF) today received a distinguished guest. This is Mr Rik Daems, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. The visit began with a presentation by the President of the UEMF, Prof. Mostapha Bousmina, concerning the University's missions in terms of promoting intercultural dialogue, exchange and cooperation between the two shores of the Mediterranean with an extension natural towards Sub-Saharan Africa, missions which were assigned by His Majesty the King to the Euromed University of Fez, of which he is the Initiator.
UEMF and CHU sign an agreement to support research units and knowledge transfer
Research and innovation is a section that is of great importance within the UEMF. Today, the University is expanding its portfolio of strategic partners in this direction by signing an agreement between Prof. Mostapha Bousmina, President of the UEMF, and Prof. Mohamed Noureddine Al Amin, Director General of the Hassan II Hospital Center in Fez to advance knowledge and science.
Partnership agreement as part of a Symposium on digital health
The “Health and Digital” symposium, organized by the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers of the Mohammed V University of Rabat, is an opportunity to share thoughts on the impact of digitalization on the health system in general and in Morocco in particular, and also, identify avenues for future research in the field of complementarity between digitalization & health.
Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez, Winning Bet on Future
The Euro-Mediterranean University headquarters in Fez, Morocco, has witnessed the opening of a branch allotted to activities of the Chair of Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) that called: “Women in Science: Artificial Intelligence and the Future” . That chair aims at sustaining scientific research in the field of AI, encouraging girls and women in this field, and fixing the Culture of Outlook.
