European sustainable investment in Morocco: subject of the round table held at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce at the initiative of RIEMAS

The Researh Institute for European, Mediterranean and African Studies (RIEMAS) of the Euromed University of Fez in partnership with the delegation of the European Union (EU) in Morocco, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Eurocham Maroc, organized a round table on the theme of European sustainable investment in Morocco. Thanks to the opinions of experts, research professors from Euromed Business School and economic players participating in this round table, rich discussions were discussed, in particular the contribution of investments in the energy sector as well as the opportunities offered by the adoption of the investment charter and the Green Partnership concluded between the EU and the Kingdom of Morocco.

The geopolitical challenges of the Mediterranean: a holistic analysis and lessons steeped in history

The Mediterranean is a turbulent region having experienced a series of key events on the geographical, geological and political levels. In his conference, Prof. Rachid Achachi linked the past to the present to tour this area, evoking significant historical, cultural and political facts at each milestone. Like each of Professor Achachi's conferences, this one ended with a lively exchange with the students who showed a particular interest in this theme.

The Euromed Polytechnic School (EPS) participated in the first meetings of the working group of the GE2P consortium (Grandes Ecoles Pour la Paix) which includes around twenty establishments and universities including Tel Aviv University (Israel), Universidad de Playa Ancha (Chile), Queen's University (Canada), ECAM-EPMI (France), Bar Ilan University (Israel), Beer Sheva School of Engineering (Israel), Moulay Ismail University ( Morocco), Ibn Tofail University (Morocco), Mohammed V University (Morocco) and the Polytechnic Virtual University (Mali).

Commemoration ceremony in memory of Moulay Ahmed Alaoui, a great servant of the nation and an eminent statesman

A native of Fez, “Moulay Ahmed Alaoui was also the great minister, a great servant of the nation and a statesman and many called him the minister of everything, because he was for 38 years at the head of several ministries which he marked by his imprint, his knowledge and by the effectiveness and efficiency of his action”, specifies Professor Mostapha Bousmina, President of the Euromed University of Fez.
