The major strategic directions of the Euromed University of Fez are driven by its governing bodies, which are responsible for the University's proper functioning and influence.

The General Assembly (GA) is the highest sovereign body of UEMF. It is chaired by the Chancellor, who is appointed by His Majesty The King, and meets at least once a year and as often as necessary to approve UEMF's activities and budget, to decide on any actions concerning the university's assets, to decide whether to initiate legal proceedings, or to renew, when applicable, the terms of the members of the Orientation, Supervision and Development Council (COSD), also known as the Board of Directors.
The General Assembly may also convene in an extraordinary session (EGM) to address urgent and highly important matters, such as: i) amending and modifying the Statutes, ii) implementing new strategic directions, or iii) if necessary, the dissolution of the Foundation.
