Employee engagement: theme of the Hackathon co-organized between Webhelp Morocco and the UEMF

Students from Euromed Business School and the School of Digital Engineering and Artificial Intelligence are called upon to compete in ingenuity during the Hackathon co-organized by Webhelp Morocco and the UEMF on the theme of employee loyalty. Coached by UEMF professors, but also by experts from CRI and Webhelp Morocco, the 100 students participating in this Hackathon were able to deepen their concepts to arrive at the final phase of a “viable” project.

Signature of a partnership agreement between UEMF and Webhelp Maroc

After a first week full of conferences, student activities, and major events, the Euromed University of Fez (UEMF) is today sealing a partnership with Webhelp, which employs more than 10,500 employees in Morocco with 4,500 in Fez, making Webhelp the first private employer in the Fez-Meknes region.

More and more young Moroccans believe that mastering English will give them access to better education and increase their chances of obtaining a position abroad. French is less popular than before. To decipher this subject, Pr. Hicham Sebti and Pr. Hafsa El Bekri conducted research based on the opinions of first-year focus groups at a business school.

Hicham Sebti, teachers and Director of the Euromed Business School respectively, published a Policy Paper entitled: “What future positioning for the Moroccan Automotive Industry? », a study carried out under the direction of Prof. Ahmed Azirar, Research Director at the Moroccan Institute of Strategic Intelligence (IMIS).
