Such a simplistic view overlooks the scale of this type of project, which involves investing in and mastering new technologies, reconfiguring workers' skills, maintaining capabilities in symbiosis with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and enabling the emergence of new digital environments linking stakeholders to the organization.
So, what steps should be particularly observed within the manufacturing industry?
