Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the Euromed University of Fes are consolidating their partnership through the signing of a letter of intent, affirming the desire for enhanced academic cooperation in teaching and research.

In a setting rich with the history and symbols of Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Christine Neau-Leduc, President of that university, and Mostapha Bousmina, President of Université Euromed de Fès, signed a new letter of intent on Friday, March 10, 2023, affirming the desire for strengthened academic cooperation in teaching and research.

This agreement thus reinforces a partnership of over eight years, recently renewed by the extension for five more years of the dual-degree program in "Political and Legal Sciences" and, most importantly, by the creation, within Euromed, of the Sorbonne Law School and its off-site master's program in "Business Law," which confers the Sorbonne diploma alongside the Euromed University of Fes master's degree for those who wish.

This master's program, taught exclusively by eminent professors from the Sorbonne, welcomes French, Moroccan, and sub-Saharan African students to the Euromed campus according to the rule of thirds, agreed upon by mutual consent. Together, they all acquire a solid education in French, Moroccan, and OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa) business law.
