The Institute of Legal and Political Sciences is proud to announce the publication of Master's student Walid Moucha's thesis on the TERRA-HN network, a Scientific Research and Publication Journal in France. Mr. Walid is the valedictorian of his graduating class for the Master's in Mediterranean and African Policies. An excellence Master's program in international relations, diplomacy, and geopolitics.
