Employee Engagement: Theme of the Hackathon Co-Organized by Webhelp Morocco and Euromed University of Fes

Students from Euromed Business School and the School of Digital Engineering and Artificial Intelligence are called upon to compete with ingenuity at the Hackathon co-organized by Webhelp Morocco and UEMF on the theme of employee retention. Coached by UEMF professors, as well as experts from the CRI and Webhelp Morocco, the 100 students participating in this Hackathon were able to deepen their concepts to reach the final phase of a "viable" project.

Coaching sessions on pitches, as well as on developing a business plan, along with techniques for managing stress and time, were provided to the students before their appearance at the grand finale.
