The Euromed University of Fes recently hosted a football tournament bringing together several African delegations, as part of a sports initiative carried out in collaboration with the Fès-Meknès Regional Football League and CESAM Fès.

Over several days of competition, sixteen teams from different parts of the continent faced off in a spirit of commitment and respect. The event created a space for exchange and meeting, where sport served as a vector for dialogue and bringing participants closer together.

The matches followed one another in a sustained dynamic, highlighting collective discipline, the quality of play, and the involvement of the players. The attending public supported the competition throughout the tournament, contributing to a unifying and positive atmosphere across the entire site.

The final phase crowned the Equatorial Guinea team, victorious over the Chadian selection after an intense final. The Moroccan selection distinguished itself by securing third place. The awards ceremony took place at the Euromed Sports Center, marking the end of this sporting event.

Through this initiative, UEMF reaffirms its commitment to sports activities as a lever for cohesion, cultural openness, and a dynamic university life. The university commends all the stakeholders who contributed to the success of this event.
