Cooperation and Strategic Alliance between Euromed University of Fes and EMUNI

As part of their commitment to the objectives of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, the Université Euromed de Fès (UEMF) and the Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI) agree to form a strategic alliance to promote the flow of knowledge between the shores of the Mediterranean and to cooperate under this agreement. They will encourage long-term mutual cooperation in the fields of higher education, research, and innovation to consolidate the Barcelona Process, which, in a broader sense, is also integrated into the Union for the Mediterranean.

The parties will promote the dissemination of knowledge through joint educational, cultural, and scientific activities. They will use instruments such as the joint application for and implementation of international scientific and technical projects, the development and implementation of double or joint degree programs, and the exchange of students and academic and administrative staff. Other initiatives will include the exchange of expert and researcher missions, the development of modules in Euro-Mediterranean studies, and the launch of strategic courses. They will also engage in science diplomacy, the expansion of the joint academic offering, the organization of scientific events, the joint use of educational and scientific resources, and any other cooperative activity agreed upon by the parties.
