Colloquium at Euromed University of Fes: Art Therapies and Cultural Inclusion with ICESCO

Euromed University of Fes (UEMF) had the honor of hosting the "Thinkers of the World Invited to ICESCO" symposium, bringing together international experts in art therapies and music therapy. This event, organized in partnership with the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), addressed essential questions surrounding arts therapy, cultural inclusion, and the rights of persons with disabilities.

Among the speakers present were renowned figures such as Professor Emeritus Edith Lecourt, a pioneer in music therapy and founder of university programs in art therapies, as well as André Fertier, a staunch defender of cultural rights. The program included lectures and lively debates, focusing notably on training methods in art therapies, music therapy as a cultural therapy, and the importance of guaranteeing access to artistic culture for all.

The event, which took place on the UEMF premises before continuing in Rabat, demonstrates Euromed University of Fes's commitment to promoting inclusive culture and well-being through the arts.
