International Symposium at Euromed University of Fes: A Reflection on Regulation and Governance in the Face of Social Complexity

On November 20 and 21, 2024, the Université Euromed de Fès (UEMF) hosted the first edition of the international symposium titled "The Regulation and Governance of Public Action Tested by Social Complexity." This event brought together experts in sociology, economics, political science, law, as well as practitioners from diverse backgrounds, to analyze the major transformations of public policies in a context marked by social complexity.

Through concrete case studies and multidisciplinary exchanges, the symposium explored new dynamics of governance and regulation. Participants debated the challenges related to the growing interdependence between public and private actors, the emergence of multi-level models, and current socio-political shifts.

This meeting also served as a bridge between academic reflection and operational practices, offering innovative perspectives to better understand and respond to the challenges of contemporary public action.
