In the Euromed Polytechnic School (EPS) Application Deadline: March 25th, 2026
Eligibility: Be enrolled at UEMF and have validated the first year of the engineering cycle.
Required documents (After nomination):
• Transcript of Records of university studies
• Provisional Learning Agreement
• Motivation letter.
• Copy of language certificate.
• Copy of registration document.
• Copy of academic results.
• Photo.
• Copy of the first pages of the passport.
Selection criteria:
• Academic score 60 %
• Language proficiency 20 %
• Motivation, discipline and attendance 20 %
• This exchange is not affiliated with the Erasmus+ program.
• No scholarships will be available for participants.
• Students wishing to participate are responsible for all associated costs, including accommodation, transportation, meals, and any other potential expenses.
• Prior to the final nominations being submitted, each student must have signed a learning agreement.

Step 1 – Application Form: Interested students must complete the initial application form to formally express their wish to participate. The deadline for this step is before March 25, 2026.
Step 2 – Internal Pre-selection: Following Step 1, each Academic Division will organize an internal selection process and must submit their shortlist of candidates to the International Mobility Office (IMO). → The deadline for Academic Divisions to submit this shortlist is before March 28, 2026.
Step 3 – Application Review and Interviews: Submitted applications will undergo a formal review by the Vice-President of International Relations and Partnerships (VP-RIP) and the IMO. Candidates will subsequently be invited for an interview to assess their overall suitability for the program. → The deadline for completing this review and interviews is before March 30, 2026.
Step 4 – Nomination by Euromed: Final nominations for the program will be made based on the comprehensive review of applications and interview performance. → This nomination process must be finalized before April 4, 2026.
Step 5 – Application Submission: Successful candidates will then be responsible for submitting their official application directly via a dedicated link that will be provided by ULiège. → The provisional deadline for this final submission is May 15.
Please note the following key additional information: The only eligible field of study for this mobility intake is Mechanical Engineering. Furthermore, each Academic Division is limited to a maximum of 4 candidates to be sent to the IMO at S.elghali@ueurome.org during Step 2. Please ensure timely completion of Step 1 by the specified deadline. _______________________
