Signature of agreement between the UEMF and the CNDP
Conventions & Agreements
A cooperation agreement was signed between the UEMF and the CNDP, represented respectively by their presidents, Pr. Mostapha Bousmina and Mr. Omar Seghrouchni.
The objectives of the agreement are to:
- - Jointly organize events (workshops, seminars, conferences, congresses) in areas of common interest;
- - Promote partnerships and cutting-edge training in the processing and protection of personal data;
- - Strengthen research and development in the areas of personal data protection;
- - Encourage exchanges of expertise in areas of common interest;
- - Co-produce and exchange documentation and publications.
The National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection also intends to support the UEMF in the process of complying with Law 09-08.
The UEMF, for its part, will organize training sessions for trainers on the protection of personal data by the CNDP.
