The Master in Mediterranean and African Politics is a multidisciplinary training (law, economics, geopolitics, strategy, peace and international security, diplomacy, environment, energy, development, negotiations, etc.) and articulating theoretical and methodological dimensions.
Having a professional vocation, it tends to transmit the explanatory tools essential to the understanding of international phenomena. It is based on cutting-edge training provided by both international teachers and practitioners.
Among the objectives of this training, we find:
- Deepening knowledge in politics and international law;
- The appropriation of conceptual and technical instruments relating to international relations and diplomacy by grasping the characteristics and constraints of practices specific to the Euromed and African space;
- The perception of the issues, challenges and opportunities of the formation of foreign policies, international cooperation and public policy mechanisms adopted by state orders.
- Mastery of the dimensions of cooperation and development in Africa and the Euro-Mediterranean;
- Intelligence of conflict dynamics and their resolution processes;
- Knowledge of international security problems and issues;
- The ability to design an appropriate framework for analyzing a problem and interpreting the data collected; ability to present the state of knowledge and debates on a situation or problem relating to international relations.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in legal, political, economic or management sciences.
Access competition:
- Pre-selection on file : The candidate must attest, in addition to good grades in his previous course, to a good knowledge of the fundamentals of law and political science as well as languages, particularly French (main language of instruction).
- Written test : to test the candidate's writing and argumentation skills.
- Oral interview before a jury : testing the candidate's motivation

- Project manager within international organizations, multinational firms, non-governmental organizations and associations
- Advisor or collaborator of political authorities
