The Sorbonne Law School , in partnership with the Euromed University of Fez, offers a new training: The Master of Business Law delivered by the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
The course extends over two years of training (Master 1 and Master 2) provided in Fez by professors and lecturers from the Sorbonne Law School. Following their course, students can also obtain a master's degree in Moroccan law , which will allow them to take the bar exam in both France and Morocco.
Objectives: Train very high-level lawyers with developed expertise in business law. A preferred path for business law graduates (lawyer, legal services of large companies and banks, magistrate and notary professions, and university careers).

Business law is an essential branch of private law whose evolution reflects the major trends of our time: internationalization of economic exchanges, dematerialization of information and financialization of the economy.
The training combines theoretical and practical lessons relating respectively to the following skills:
- Banking, taxation and business security,
- Companies in difficulty and insurance
- Competition, distribution and industrial property law
- Business criminal law and private international law
This diploma is aimed at students holding a degree in law who have followed their course up to the degree in the French system and wishing to give an international twist to their training, to students from universities in the Maghreb or elsewhere. French-speaking Africans wishing to specialize in French law by obtaining a degree from a prestigious university.
In addition to this master's degree, which allows them to take the bar exam in France, students can also obtain the master's degree in Moroccan law, which will allow them to pass the bar in Morocco.
This Master's degree is selective and admission is subject to the decision of the training manager and a jury, taken after study of the application file and an interview with the candidate.
Admitted students will have to register at both universities.
