Visit of HE Guillaume Scheurer, Ambassador of Switzerland to Morocco

The Euromed University of Fez (UEMF) welcomed, on March 3, 2021, a Swiss delegation led by His Excellency the Ambassador of Switzerland, Mr. Guillaume Scheurer, in the presence of representatives of the University, in particular the President of the University, Mr. Mostapha Bousmina.
Switzerland, the most innovative country in the world for 10 consecutive years, is delighted with this visit to the UEMF. It places scientific and technical research, innovation and entrepreneurship at the heart of its development strategy. It has thus positioned itself as a center of excellence, knowledge and cultural sharing, housing infrastructures and technological platforms dedicated in particular to artificial intelligence, 3D printing, 4.0 technology and nanotechnologies, as well as renewable energies and biotechnology.
HE Ambassador Scheurer and the President of the University discussed on this occasion the opportunities for Moroccan-Swiss cooperation, offered on both sides, in the fields of university and scientific research and academic exchange, in particular within the framework of mobility programs set up by the University.
