Writing a constitution: what balances? subject of the inaugural lesson of the ISJP

The IESJP organized its inaugural lesson for the 2022-2023 academic year, on the theme: “Writing a constitution: what balances? ". This lesson was led by Mr. Najib Ba Mohammed, Professor of higher education, Vice-President of the Moroccan Association of Constitutional Law and former member of the Advisory Commission for the revision of the constitution in 2011.

This is the question raised by Soumia Guennoun, teacher-researcher at Euromed University in Fez, for whom “the international community was taken by surprise by the current health crisis which has shaken the entire planet, firmly clarifying many priorities”.
