Biography

Mr. Kamal Kajja is a Professor at the Euromed Institute of Legal and Political Sciences in Fez. He previously served as an analyst for the Arabophone Cyberspace Observatory and the Geode project in Paris, a research team affiliated with the French Institute of Geopolitics (IFG), the Castex Chair in Cyber Strategy, and the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN).

He holds a Ph.D. in Geopolitics from the French Institute of Geopolitics, where he defended a thesis on "American-Saudi relations in the wake of the September 11, 2001 attacks," for which he received the highest honors and congratulations from the jury.

Mr. Kajja also holds a Master's degree in International Political Relations from the University of Paris II-Panthéon Assas and a Master's degree in Private Law from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez. A specialist in the geopolitical, strategic, and religious issues of the Arab-Muslim world and Africa, he is also the author of several academic articles.
