Biography

Ghada Bouhlal is Director of Socio‑Economic Partnerships and Entrepreneurship at Euromed University of Fès (UEMF) and leads the Euromed Innovation Center (EIC). She is an industrial engineer graduated from École Polytechnique de Marseille and holds a Master’s degree in General Management from IAE Aix-en-Provence. Ghada has built her career at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and international cooperation.

Before joining UEMF, she gained experience in diverse ecosystems, ranging from organizational and strategic consulting to managing technical projects and donor-funded programs, as well as designing and coordinating entrepreneurial support initiatives.

Passionate about building bridges between academia, the private sector, and public institutions, Ghada leads programs and partnerships that foster the emergence of impact-driven startups and the development of industrial innovation. She contributes to initiatives such as the Fez Smart Factory, the Agritech Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub, and the Agritech Excellence Center, aiming to stimulate job creation and leverage technology in priority sectors across the Mediterranean region.
