This thesis is prepared in partnership between the Materials and Subatomic Physics Laboratory, Department of Physics, Faculty of Sciences Kénitra, Ibn Tofail University and the Euromed Research Center, Euromed University of Fez, this thesis is carried out under the direction of Professor Khalil El Mabrouk, Professor at UEMF.
