[Call for Applications] Study Scholarships to Study in Canada

As part of the partnership currently being developed with Polytechnique Montréal (Québec - Canada), you will find below the information regarding the Study in Canada Scholarships 2025-2026.

This opportunity, which funds a short research stay at Polytechnique Montréal, will be a first action aimed at highlighting the complementary strengths in engineering and sciences between our two institutions.

Polytechnique Montréal (https://www.polymtl.ca) will be pleased to support the applications of our students.

SCHOLARSHIP VALUE AND DURATION:

The scholarship value varies according to duration and level of study:
• 10,200 CAD for undergraduate or graduate students for a four (4)-month research period;
• 12,700 CAD for graduate students (Master's and PhD) for a five to six (5-6)-month research period.

ELIGIBILITY:

Candidates must:
• be citizens of one of the following countries:
- Asia: Bangladesh, Nepal, Taiwan
- Europe: Türkiye, Ukraine
- Middle East and North Africa: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia
- Sub-Saharan Africa: Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda.

• be enrolled full-time at a post-secondary institution in an eligible country;
• be paying tuition fees to that institution at the time of application and for the entire duration of the exchange in Canada.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

To apply for the Study in Canada Scholarships, candidates must:
1. Find a professor at Polytechnique Montréal who agrees to supervise their internship. Please follow the instructions on the following page: Research Internship (in ENGLISH or FRENCH / available year-round)
2. Submit a specific application form for the Study in Canada Scholarships

o The application deadline is February 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM (EST).

Selected candidates may arrive starting August 1, 2025 and no later than February 1, 2026. Failure to arrive within this interval may result in the scholarship being cancelled.

It should be noted that Final Year Projects for this year and the following year (provided the student arrives no later than February 1, 2026) are eligible for this scholarship offered by Canada, notably for a 4-month stay at Polytechnique Montréal.
