Lecture by Mr. Frédéric Charillon, Professor of Political Science and specialist in International Relations, author of several works including the book "Les guerres d'influence - Les pays à la conquête des esprits" ("The Wars of Influence - Countries in the Conquest of Minds"), published in 2022.

During this meeting with university students and researchers, Mr. Charillon addressed the topic of the influence that countries exert through their strategies and policies, with long-term projects, to change perceptions and influence public opinion in the service of their interests in international relations.

This lecture also provided university students with the opportunity to exchange ideas with Mr. Charillon and gain a new perspective on the different models of influence and the phenomena that have existed since the dawn of humanity, all through the lens of the new international context.
