UEMF provides its students and staff with a sports infrastructure on campus which allows them to develop their physical abilities. Whether they are beginners, experienced athletes or athletes of national or international level, participants in the University's sporting activities see their sporting achievements rewarded with scholarships and other benefits.
The UEMF is gradually building its sports infrastructure:
- a large multi-sports hall;

approved professional basketball, handball and volleyball courts;

a Mini-Football pitch;

a badminton court;

Table tennis ;

a Squash room;

a room reserved for weight training and cardio training;

rooms reserved for the practice of dance, aerobics, yoga;

a gymnastics room with parallel bars, oblique wooden plinth with bearing, ring, etc.;

a judo, aikido, capoeira, taekwondo, karate room;

a boxing ring;

a climbing wall;

a nurse ;

H&F hammams with Sauna, showers and changing rooms;

a semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool;

outdoor sports areas:
- an approved football pitch;
- mini-football pitches;
- a tennis court ;
- an athletics field with running tracks (different lengths), pole vault, high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin discus, etc.;
- a mini-golf course;
- a medical-social center near sports facilities.
