Mr. Fathallah SIJILMASSI, former Ambassador of His Majesty the King and former Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) presented on Wednesday January 29, 2020 at the Euromed University of Fez (UEMF) his latest work entitled “The Future of Europe is to the South.

Published in collaboration with the prestigious Brussels ThinkTank CEPS and the Euro-Mediterranean Association of Economists (EMEA), this work is a contribution to the analysis of the new parameters in which Euro-Mediterranean relations are evolving today, taking into account developments observed within the European Union, the Mediterranean region, Africa and, more generally, the world.
