The Euromed University of Fez (UEMF) announces the pioneering integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in its health center programs, particularly in the fields of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and nursing sciences. The adoption of AI in these courses aims to equip students with the advanced skills needed to fully exploit big data analytics, machine learning and robotics technologies. This integration transforms the educational and clinical approach, increasing diagnostic accuracy, refining treatment protocols, and redefining overall healthcare management. Thanks to these cutting-edge technologies, UEMF offers immersive training that prepares students to perform complex medical interventions and make informed decisions, based on precise data.
UEMF's commitment to innovation does not stop there. The university is considering the imminent construction of a university hospital center of international standards on its campus. This structure will serve as a clinical learning ground for students and will include, among other things, a helipad for rapid and efficient access to medical emergencies, thus strengthening the hospital's rapid response capabilities.
These major advances were highlighted during the solemn ceremony for awarding white coats to first-year students, which was held on Tuesday May 7, 2024, bringing together a new generation of health professionals in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and in nursing and health technology. On this occasion, the first year students took the oath, symbolizing their commitment to adhere to a set of strict ethical and professional principles and to practice with integrity and dedication.
