Resilience of Human Ecosystems for Inclusive Development: The Role of Education and Human Capital in Territorial Trajectories

This PhD project falls within the field of Human and Social Sciences and aims to analyze the resilience of human ecosystems for inclusive development through the structuring role of education and human capital in territorial trajectories.

The main objective is to examine how educational, social, and cultural dynamics contribute to strengthening the capacity of territories to adapt, transform, and ensure inclusive and sustainable development.

The research adopts an interdisciplinary approach, drawing on education, sociology, and territorial and cultural studies to analyze mechanisms of human capital development, knowledge transmission, and social inclusion.

Particular attention will be given to inclusive educational practices and their impact on territorial resilience, especially in Moroccan, Euro-Mediterranean, and African contexts.
